(MUST LIVE IN THE GREATER SEATTLE AREA. This is a work from home role but training is in person.)
Hi there! We're looking for a skilled salesperson with upbeat excitement who can devote 1-2 hours per day, 5 days per week, on our opportunity.
If you're on target, you would be earning at least $75/hour. Also, the opportunity could turn into more hours as we grow.
SCOPE:
Contacting leads that come in, setting an appointment for presentation, discovery questions, presentation, closing, and follow up.
PAY STRUCTURE:
100% Commission. We offer three different packages that will issue $50, $75, or $100 of commission. Packages range from $900 - $1500.
INCENTIVE BONUS:
If you close at 40% per week, you earn an extra $100 that week on top of your commission. If you close at 50% per week, you earn an extra $150 that week on top of your commission.
Historically, we've seen that you can process 4 leads per hour (If you include full pipeline management of the leads who answer their phone and the follow up on unreached leads, etc).
The owner currently closes leads at 30%, does no follow up, and isn't an experienced salesperson. Being the owner, she has her natural zeal for the business and excitement in her favor, but we are hoping you'll be closing between 40%-50% as an experienced salesperson.
AVAILABILITY:
We will need you to be available at least 4 days a week. (Any days of the week you prefer)
TRAINING:
Paid training in-person at $25/hour. We will also have you shadow a few events to get a full look at what we do. This will be paid training as well.
We have a vetted talk-track that's effective, but feel free to create your own. We're looking for outcomes and only ask that you preserve the brand image.
PROCESS:
-Check email hourly for new leads
-Review the lead's info in the form
-Ideally, call within 20 minutes to an hour of their inquiry
-2nd best situation: Call within 24 hours
LOGISTICS
-You would need to use either your personal phone or Google Voice. Unfortunately, we don't use VoIP yet
-Our CRM is custom built in Notion.
