We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Retail Business Development Manager. You will play a vital role in expanding the retail presence in Thailand by identifying suitable locations for new stores and building strong relationships with landlords.
The ideal candidate will have a background in the retail or fashion retail industry, with a proven track record in business development. Excellent English communication skills are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential markets, analyze consumer trends, and evaluate the feasibility of new store locations.
- Location Scouting: Conduct market research and analysis to identify optimal locations for new retail stores.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property owners, and real estate agents.
- Work closely with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure smooth execution of new store openings.
- Conduct financial analysis, including budgeting and forecasting, to evaluate the profitability and return on investment for potential new store locations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development, preferably within the retail, fashion retail, or chain restaurant industry. Proven track record in expanding retail operations and securing new store locations.
- Strong understanding of the retail industry, including market dynamics, consumer behavior, and industry trends.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to evaluate market data, financial information, and location-specific factors
- Fluent in English
