This position is responsible for sales via the System Integrator Channel with the main mission is expanding Consumer Packaged Goods segments in Vietnam. It pertains strategic and effective sales planning and execution to achieve profitable business growth.
Reporting to the Senior End User Sales Manager for Industry Automation Vietnam, he/she will be assigned targets for profitable sales volume, market share, sales efficiency and excellence, and other sales performance objectives mainly relating Industrial Automation solutions, software and products.
- Act as Key Account Manager to develop and growth CPG segments pipeline with full SE portfolio from products to software and solutions.
- To define and develop strategy to Alliance System Integrators to build strong SE System Integrator Partners.
- To have prior knowledge and skills to connect with End Users (Consumer Packaged Goods) and key decision makers.
- To be able to identify possible brown or greenfield projects at early stage to provide prescription works.
- To be able to expand Alliance System Integrator segment reach to other segments by introducing projects/end users of other segments.
- To hunt for new potential System Integrators and develop them. Working out a training schedule with the marketing team.
- To hunt for PLC base project information at the prospect stage and work closely with the Pre- Sales Engineer for pre bid specification.
- To work closely with the SE prescription team and obtaining market information and work closely for the prescription works for the PLC.
- To expand the PLC project pipeline opportunity to 3 times of the sales target.
- Submission of Monthly Report: Monthly Forecast, Time in Field Plan, Competitors Information, Quality Issues, Accomplishment for the month report.
- To be able to achieve on and beyond monthly sales target.
- To keep abreast of competitors’ Industry products and their strategy at all time and to be able to counter propose their PLC solutions effectively.
- To be able to understand a PLC system architecture and converse confidently to explain the System architecture and capable to sketch a system architecture base on customers input.
Education:
- Preferably as Engineer degree or equivalent in Power Electronics and Instrumentation and Control.
Working Experience:
- 5 to 7 years in Industrial Automation Industry, especially for CPG segments or System Integrator channel
- Experience to sell software, solution is an advantage
- Extensive business acumen with strong result-orientation
- Confidence and courage to make appropriate decisions and accept accountability
Business Understanding:
- Understand Schneider Electric’s solution and offers and competitors are an advantage.

- Very strong written and oral communication skills
