Overview
The ServiceNow & Integrations Specialist is part of the IT Operations team within the PepsiCo CTO Organization in Cairo.
- Be the part of a global engineering team responsible for designing, developing, and deploying ServiceNow solutions.
- Implement ITSM modules, workflow customization, ticketing, process automation, report development, dashboard creation, and system configurations
Responsibilities
A leader with strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to deal with ambiguity while juggling multiple priorities and projects at the same time
- Apply Agile software development practices for customizations to the platform and applications
- Ability to develop workflows and integrate various solutions with ServiceNow
- Deliver a high level of knowledge and customer service within the ITSM Suite
- Understand and pilot the new offerings available with ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM Suite.
- Organizing and prioritizing development effort, interfacing with vendors and management, and potentially coordinating effort of additional administrators
- Consider dependencies, relationships, and integration points to ensure proper solution integration with other systems when applicable
- Effectively manage and execute high level tasks assigned via user stories
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, IT, or other related field or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of ITSM (must), ITOM (optional) background with scripting knowledge in ServiceNow
- Strong in Scripting, REST integration. API, SOAP Workflows, Flow Designers
- Must have hands on skills and good knowledge on Debugging and Advanced ServiceNow Platform working.
- 4+ years of ITIL process experience
- Understanding of Agile ways of working – Scrum ceremonies
- Outstanding written and verbal communications skills in English and the ability to express complex issues / solutions concisely
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
