Executive Secretary [United Arab Emirates]


 

As an Executive Secretary, you will provide essential administrative support to our executives and contribute to the smooth operation of our firm.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Prepare and proofread legal documents, memos, and reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, agendas, and meeting materials.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Screen and manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both in physical and electronic formats.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Manage special projects and assignments as directed by the executives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in executive support.

Qualifications

  • Arabic and English speaker.
  • Previous experience as an executive secretary or similar role in a law firm or professional services environment is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and document preparation is a plus.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
