As an Executive Secretary, you will provide essential administrative support to our executives and contribute to the smooth operation of our firm.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Prepare and proofread legal documents, memos, and reports.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, agendas, and meeting materials.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Screen and manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both in physical and electronic formats.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Manage special projects and assignments as directed by the executives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in executive support.
Qualifications
- Arabic and English speaker.
- Previous experience as an executive secretary or similar role in a law firm or professional services environment is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and document preparation is a plus.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
