JOB DESCRIPTION
- Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
- Research and analyze sales options
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
- Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products
- Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
- Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job
- Build and maintain professional networks
- Meet with potential clients to determine their needs.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Train Sales Associates
- Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to clients
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate clients' needs
- Participate on behalf of the company at exhibitions or conferences
- Maintain accounts of already subscribed clients
- Improve the quality of Client service and customer satisfaction.
- Perform cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
SKILLS & QUALIFICATION:
- Experience in Sales
- Competency in English
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills
- Good communication skills (verbal and non-verbal)
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Strong desire to deliver results
- Ability to create and deliver presentations
- Fast learner and quick thinker
- Passionate about sales
- Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
