You are responsible for

  • Service contract booking in the SAP system after double check the contract content and approval flow;
  • Discount requisition for sales team based on the requirement;
  • Paid job booking once supporting document is complete;
  • DMR report collection and tracking monthly, work closely with sales them to get DMR cleaned as soon as possible, to keep DMR in a healthy level;
  • Prepare OIT report for a correct OIT/Revenue calculation;
  • Conduct SOX control according to GRCM;
  • Process standardization and simplification to enable service business boom up;
  • DMR inquiry according to request;
  • Kinds of questions clarification from sales or other team with high efficiency;
  • Maintain team KPI ( on time delivery and contract booking accuracy);
  • Service contract review according to internal and external rules and regulations.
  • Other tasks assigned by the manger

You are a part of

Philips GBS. You have a direct reporting line to the contract manager.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • Bachelor’s Degree & minimum of 3 years’ experience in the business operation or related functions, medical device industry would be preferred;
  • Ability to prioritize the daily work to achieve “customer first”;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English;
  • Strong problem solving and negotiation skills with different teams;
  • Ability to work well independently & in a team setting;
  • More flexible to handle kinds of problems during daily work with high efficiency.
