Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive the growth of our online presence. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a creative problem solver, and possesses a deep understanding of the digital landscape. This role involves crafting and executing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing online channels, and analyzing performance metrics to maximize our brand's reach and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives, ensuring consistent brand messaging and customer engagement across various digital platforms.
2. Campaign Planning and Execution: Conceptualize, plan, and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and display advertising.
3. Content Creation and Management: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for digital platforms, ensuring it resonates with target audiences and drives brand awareness.
4. Social Media Management: Oversee the management of social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and monitoring trends to keep the brand at the forefront of industry conversations.
5. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and enhance overall online visibility.
6. Paid Advertising: Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google
Ads, social media ads) to drive targeted traffic, conversions, and ROI.
7. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports on campaign effectiveness, audience engagement, and ROI. Use insights to optimize strategies and tactics. Use historical data to build an 80%+ accurate Reach model, and performance marketing plan, and predict incremental output & input expected from Media Strategy, in terms of traffic
& deliveries to topline.
8. Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring maximum return on investment and cost-effectiveness of campaigns.
9. Category understanding and research: Understand TG, product service, and its relevance from the category owners. Be a part of consumer immersions and U&A studies to formulate an opinion. You would be required to understand current and desired penetration objectives - Awareness to
Consideration/ Trial Funnel - how these move overtime (with and without marketing)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in digital marketing with a track record of successful campaign planning and execution.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices
- Proficiency in using marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Leadership skills and experience managing a team of digital marketers.
- Understanding of current digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.
