Position Summary
The role necessitates for the development or rather expansion of the existing client base. The tele-sales representative will on the other hand be expected to maintain effective and solid relationship with -Key agents -Customer/End-users -Cohorts in the organization & Manager
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement brand strategies in order to ensure that a consistent marketing message is communicated to all stakeholders
Achieve agreed levels of cold calling activity to maintain existing accounts as necessary and to increase volume/revenue stream by soliciting new clients.
Facilitate with the maintenance and up keeping of accurate records and documentation for reporting feedback and compiling reports
Submits and follows up on price quotes.
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business/Marketing or relevant field.
Equivalent experience will be taken into account.
Customer service/Tele-marketing experience will be advantageous.
