Position Summary


The role necessitates for the development or rather expansion of the existing client base. The tele-sales representative will on the other hand be expected to maintain effective and solid relationship with -Key agents -Customer/End-users -Cohorts in the organization & Manager


Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement brand strategies in order to ensure that a consistent marketing message is communicated to all stakeholders


  • Achieve agreed levels of cold calling activity to maintain existing accounts as necessary and to increase volume/revenue stream by soliciting new clients.


  • Facilitate with the maintenance and up keeping of accurate records and documentation for reporting feedback and compiling reports


  • Submits and follows up on price quotes.



Required qualifications


Bachelor's degree in business/Marketing or relevant field.

Equivalent experience will be taken into account.

Customer service/Tele-marketing experience will be advantageous.
